10-4, sir. If you would start towards the Williamsburg Community Building, 177 Williamsburg Road. 177 Williamsburg Road, off of Carriage Lane. In reference to a suspicious subject. Caller advised that the same was possibly waving a flashlight. Kept coming in and out from behind the building. It's going to be a husky, white male subject.
