731. 731, getting a theft just occurred, 7114 South Vincennes at the Falcon. Fuel, adult female just stole a 13-years-of-age male's phone at the gas station, hopped inside the vehicle and left. When called back to the teen's phone, female stated the only way he could bring the phone back is to get $20 from the teen. There's surveillance cameras. The teen does live across the street and wants to go get his mother. He's going to start with the missing person that's on the beat. 10-4.
