It's going to be at the Snipes for a Black female, heavy-build, light-complected, wearing a cream-colored jacket and black shorts, accompanied by a Black female who's heavy-build as well, dark-complected, wearing a camel-colored set, took merchandise, and also assaulted a staff member. That's repeating in the 19th district, theft in progress at 1575 North 52 at the Snipes. It's going to be a Black female.
