Queen sector threat call, 1500 block of Queen and Avenue North. There's a male shouting threats to sexually assault people. Sounds to be in crisis or intoxicated based on his speech pattern and statements. Been doing this for at least 30 minutes. Most recently, screaming that he's going to rape people. 1500 block of Queen and Avenue North.
