Alright, copy that, Barney 36. We have CAD number 7170, 7170 at the Rally's, 142nd and Kinsman. Caller's upset that the manager won't give her her money back after she was upset with her order. Caller still has the phone, advised caller to give the food back for a refund, but the caller is refusing. Caller is blocking a drive-thru at this time in a blue Cadillac X4. CAD 7170.
