and the upper suspension off of the for a 23103 vehicle from the Jamba Juice, 2154 Grassley Highway. Roughly six minutes delay. It was an elderly female that was trying to back up for five-plus minutes, then got out of her vehicle, forgot to put it in park, almost let the car roll away. She just left about five or six ago, almost TC'd into multiple vehicles. The WFA in her 80s, short gray hair, green and white top, green shorts, out of fanny pack, driving a early 2000 silver Toyota Camry, 6th Union, William David, 049, last seen northbound 49, 1039 to 63.
