Park 1635, 11 Avenue, 20 minutes ago at the basketball court. The caller caught a male taking pictures of her 11-year-old daughter and their kids. The suspect is still on scene. Someone in the park took the subject's phone away, suspect's phone away, and got his driver's license and has the information now. 1635, 11 Avenue.
