Complainants attempt to locate 10 minutes to 8 minutes, last seen going northbound from 3500 South and Wasatch Boulevard. Driver is swerving, possibly watching TV while driving. The complainant gave a black Ford F-150, low-listing Zulu 58 uniform 00, which does not return. Again, no incident to locate, 1814.
