Lincoln 14. 14. Lincoln 14, Lincoln 22. Suspicious person in the Arboretum, closest to the Marac Hall Bridge on the South Pass, just west of the Marac Bridge. Last seen about three ago. Wandering around, WMA 40s, brown ponytail, shirtless, tan cargo shorts with a hunting knife on his belt. Also has a bike and a backpack.
