1659, caller was advised that by management, there was a suspicious activity in the complex, and there's an unknown male in all black sitting around. Black male, brown, all black, with a do-rag. Central 5964. 5964. 5008 Olcott, 5008 Olcott, RP is stating that people egged her house and it's not the first time, she wants to report. Sounds like they just want PD to check it out and see what he's doing.
