Engine 4-4-1-1, Leary Way Northwest. It's going to be on the Bert Gilman Trail to the west of this location. Two minutes ago, a subject intentionally ran a bicyclist down with a shopping cart. Cyclist currently still down on the ground. Caller advised that she hit her head, and we are screening fire. Fire advise they're not going. The victim is currently holding the suspect down. 4-4-1-1, Leary Way Northwest on the Bert Gilman Trail behind.
