I had a 901 ham call from 5658 William Penn Highway. Patriotic pain tattoo. Spoke with a Justin Kotelenski. Apparently, there was a female there who was getting pierced and was feeling faint. However, the patient was refusing EMS services. We advised to call back if anything changed.
