Information for any units in the area of downtown for a reckless vehicle break. Last seen headed eastbound on Northeast 4, crossing over 108 Avenue Northeast. This will be an older model Ford van. Ran a red light and almost struck our caller in the crosswalk. No injury and no plate information. Radio clear, 1152.
