All cars, be on the lookout in the area of Getwell and Shelby Drive for a concerned citizen, a 25-year-old male, Hispanic, occupying a white van with a rear vandalized window and no tag, was driving at a high rate of speed. He rained the light and was swerving, getting out of traffic. Last seen southbound, Getwell and East Shelby Drive, 1347.
