Holly Spring 312, have a check on welfare request. Go ahead. It's going to be in the PVA food line at 517 North Main Street. Our caller advised that there is a white female driving a blue Honda Civic with North Carolina plate of young, William Victor 5700. It's a small child riding in the vehicle, not in a car seat or with a seatbelt. 10-4, read. Vehicle was last seen parked next to a handicapped space near the front entrance. 10-4.
