It's a domestic battery on the beat, 6500 South King, outside with the victim is outside with security, bleeding from the mouth. Fire is now rolling. Offender is Terrence, threw candle at him while they were in apartment 2B on the second floor. No weapons, drugs, alcohol, and I don't know if he's still there.
