Female, dark hair, white bandana, colt's luck jersey and gray leggings, dancing into the street, possibly under the influence. She's getting close to the road. Unknown weapons. 300 South, 700 East.

Let her dance! If she's not bothering anyone, is not nude, or isn't playing in the street, leave her be! The police have a lot more things to be worried about in our city than a lady dancing in the street. Get it girl!
