Copy, yes, and I'm on a loiterer at the Notchate Apartments, building G, George, 9210 South Hosmer Street. Reported about 15 minutes ago, or about 30 minutes ago on the second floor. In between two apartments is two transients, a Black male, 20s, 5'10", 160, brown hair, and a unknown race female, 20s, 5'9", 175, brown hair, black jacket and pants. They've got a blue tarp with their items on it.
