Signal 73 at 9397 Marsh Mountain Road. Caller called in on the 24th about some emaciated horses. Says they're kept in a enclosure with barbed wire and they've been left there for two years. The deputy that went out told her to call back if anyone showed up at the house because he was unable to make contact. She says there's someone now in a white F-250.
