Units in 3 and citywide, again a person with a gun at 6128 South Road on the left side of the street. Four male, Blacks, wearing ski masks, and in a black van. They are armed, license plate of George Adams 64919. Caller says they noticed that they were trying to steal vehicles, nothing further. Zone 7 is clear.
