30510 Green River Road Southeast. There were two subjects that were standing in front of the RP's house. They had a bike that was pulling a trailer with open mail and tools on the back of it. There's a male on the roadway as well. RP said that he was going to follow in his vehicle. He was refusing to stop, has since said that he was going to go back to his house. The RP also said that the male threw an ax at his vehicle.
