Communications 30. Go ahead. Respond to Pullen Road, just south of Dunn Avenue. Should be on the west side of Pullen or the campus side of Pullen. Caller advised there's a black male wearing a red long-sleeved shirt carrying a blue Ikea bag that seems to be going through the bag, but half in the road, half not in the road. The caller was worried he was going to get hit. 10-4. Leave that to be the same subject that 20 got at with earlier. I'm en route. 10-4.
