Both cars. The caller states that there's a white or Hispanic male wearing a neon orange shirt, construction pants, and work boots. He's walking around the neighborhood and he's kicking side panels to vehicles. He did kick the caller's Toyota Camry, gray in color, and it looks like he's trying to hit other vehicles as well. The caller is at 5734 Congressional Place.
