Caller's advising that the subject is standing in the roadway on the eastbound lanes of Wells Branch Parkway. It's going to be a Black male, tall, skinny-build, skinny to medium-build, last seen wearing a white shirt and black jeans. No weapons seen, possibly intoxicated.
