Go ahead. And 345. Go ahead. Post car suspicious person, 300 block of East Court. Caller said there's a white male with long hair, gray Minnesota Viking hoodie, and long pants. Came up to the car and tried getting inside. That happened about a half hour ago. Then they saw him again around this area, last seen eastbound on Court, trying to run after cars in the middle of the road.
