Rescue 53, AMR 121 in the Washington Gardens, memory care, 9000 Southwest 91st Avenue, room 147. 78-year-old male, conscious, breathing normal. He was transferring from his wheelchair to a recliner and tripped over a blanket. He did hit his head and has a small skin tear. No further.
