1 Charles 29, 1 Charles 28, to start for a 211 time element, Redwood Avenue, Traction Avenue in 2C. Five ago, a subject tried to steal our complainant's phone and punched them in the face. It gave them a black eye. They left in a white newer large pickup truck. Partial plate is 8343. Suspect was male, Hispanic, 50s, 5'6", heavy build, black shirt, gray jeans. Passenger was Danny, unknown last, male, Hispanic, 50s, brown shirt, blue jeans. Subjects went westbound on Altus Avenue. 211 time element, Redwood Avenue, Traction Avenue, 317 to copy. 10-2 to copy.
