121, 113, start for a timed out juvenile problem, 3901 Drexel Drive. Female callers reporting 12 juveniles, Black male and Black female, around 4 years old to 14 years old. They were throwing sticks at vehicles. Caller said the children are always home alone. She did also call CSB. Caller wants to speak to crews. 3902, 3901 Drexel, 121. I'll advise on another.
