It's a 450 man at 1609 Buckingham Road. 1609 Buckingham Road, the backyard. Suspect's male, Hispanic, 40 years, with a black hat, white shirt, yellow pants, climbed the electrical pole and hanged from the wires, also holding a machete. It's code 3, incident 3827, RD 777.
