Complainant, Ladarius Moore, is involved with his ex-girlfriend, Octavia Johnson, female, black, wearing a brown shirt and red pants, who is banging on his door and threatening to bust the window out. Subject's been in front of his residence since 1815 and is armed with a crowbar. Complainant is going to be sitting by, male, black, white shirt, black shorts. 3065 Arbor Place, apartment 101, 955.
