Complainant and a friend were riding their bikes outside, heard multiple dogs whimpering and yelping like they were being hurt. There is a blue Dodge Challenger in the front and dog kennels. There was a 12-year-old calling it in but no one for contact. 1704. Is there a unit to follow? 221 George. 10-4.
