Both units respond for juvenile complaint, Jungle Gems, 4450 Eastgate Boulevard, 4450 Eastgate Boulevard. Two juveniles, approximately 16-17 years of age, throwing candy in the parking lot, approaching vehicles. Male Black, black clothing, notebook bag. Second male is male Black, wearing black clothing. Complainants requesting both be banned. They were last seen walking towards Blue Roses.
