1432. 32. A disturbance, 2252 Northwestern, 2252 Northwestern. Brandon's the caller. Says a black and yellow tow truck with a plate of 125354 is attempting to tow the caller's vehicle. Caller says he and B parked at location because he's doing CCTV and is working with the owner of the restaurant. I have nothing further.
