Alright, this is Engine 32. I got eyes on two victims in the water. They do not appear to be in distress, but they're going to need assistance getting out. Our firefighters heading over there, to get a closer look, stand by for further. If you guys are coming over the Hazel Avenue Bridge across 50, make the first right where you see a state parks. That's you.
