126, an armed party, 4616 Scott, at a leasing office at the Edmonton Apartments. Kaya Lee is the complainant, involved with a female subject who's refusing to leave. She's a female, Black, black shirt and blue jeans. Received another call from Roland Green, the tenant, advised she's involved with her employee. It's a male, Black, black head around, white shirt, who's refusing to give the complainant a refund. There's one on the scene. 4616 Scott, crossing 126.
