1221, 1221. 1221, welcome back. Thanks, furlough Monday. I have a PD accident at Western and Chicago involving an off-duty PO. They upgraded the priority because apparently the driver of the other vehicle is irate and won't cooperate with the off-duty PO who's trying to exchange information.
