This is why I refuse to go to a mall — granted it can happen anywhere, but the parking lots aren’t monitored well and the underground parking makes it easy for offenders to hide .. I don’t know what we’re gonna do, but I really think we need to start taking a serious look at parenting, education, jobs — I hate to say it I’m part of the problem – I won’t go to malls, so enough people like me don’t go to mall and all those people could lose their jobs - I hope the victim is OK good wishes to her
