Okay, we'll be driving anyways to a general trouble, South 27th and West Broadway. South 27th and West Broadway. This subject threw a drink at the caller. He's a Black male. His name is Dietrich or Dierick Smith. He's wearing all black clothing and white shoes. Was northbound 27th. They said if police doesn't come get him, he's going to get smoked.
