At Target Plaza, security is giving second-hand information that there is a female on the first floor who's cutting, or somebody who's cutting themselves with scissors. 106 India, Engine 2 with EMS and police to the area for one who's cutting themselves with scissors on the first floor of 1000 Nicollet Mall at Target Plaza. 105 India at 1261. All units, switch to fire, it's clear to believe it. Switching fire, no problem.
