12426, 273 Ave Northeast, called in by Tim. Says there's ongoing issues with his neighbor going on at his property. She's currently in her vehicle in the driveway. I guess she vandalized his pond earlier also. The RP is going to be waiting on foot at a different neighbor's house, and will call back if she leaves.
