See the complainant at the Dollar Tree, 5900 East Virginia Beach Boulevard, in reference to a subject that stole items from the location. He's a regular for theft. He's left the store. Last seen walking across the parking lot towards BJ's. Black male, red shirt, black shorts, blue book bag, black hat. He stole something today and left at 1227. They want him trespassed.
