913, sent down this animal cruelty guard call at 5 Below, 5275 Campbell Boulevard, cross streets of Philadelphia and Franklin Square, 5275 Campbell. Suspect was a White female, 40 to 50. The vehicle was a gray Nissan SUV. They left the dog in the vehicle for 30 to 45 minutes with the windows rolled up. They left the location, but the caller wants to meet with police and make a report. Caller's name is Ty.
