Our complainant's son sent a picture of himself standing on the white railing at the top of the bridge 10 ago. Said that there are people telling him to be safe, and our complainant doesn't think he's threatening to jump. It's more like he thinks this is fun. It's going to be a Tin Lamb, male, age of 30. Looks like he suffers from mental health issues and made suicidal statements a year ago but nothing recently. The 981 raising priority, 101 Capitol Mall. Sam 3, copy. The real-time model.
