315 Charlie, I'm okay in that. And 5 Charlie, 1 Baker, next is 4915 Dixie Highway. 4915 Dixie Highway at the Kroger's out location for a Black male, dirty white shirt, sweatpants. He's currently on the side of the Louisville Clinic, harassing females, followed them to cars. Caller said she notified the security officer inside.
