611, start for a parking complaint at 2356 Cheltenham Road, 2356 Cheltenham Road. Adam's caller reporting a no parking zone black Explorer out front in a no parking zone and a gray Ford blocking the sidewalk, unknown plates. Unknown how long they've been there. Signs are posted. Caller says police have ticketed at least one of these vehicles before. We have several parking complaints at this location. Looks like about three months for the last two years. 611. Scott Park.
