Hey, can you start for 17 Check Welfare, Deer Park Avenue at Comeck Road, for a Hispanic male wearing red pants, gray shirt, walking in the middle of the roadway with a basket. He was in the middle southbound toward the AutoZone. Complainant's no longer 36 in the area.
