Respond to Cedar Apartments, 14050 Cedar Road. 14050 Cedar Road. Caller states a Black male wearing a white shirt, white colored pants, white shoes, been sleeping in the lobby on the second floor. Caller states he does not live there and refuses to give his name to anybody. It's an ongoing issue.
