18 Charlie 55, can you 10-6 down the area of Drake Avenue and Newson Road for a Hispanic female, wearing dark clothing, carrying a backpack. She had walked out in front of the caller's car and then continued to try to fight people down while also walking into traffic. It's been sent for a welfare.
