Bringing route to the area of Briley Tower Garage at 805 Briley Hospital Drive, IU Health Police Department called over that they have a minor, that they're in a foot pursuit to get to him. It's a Black male, white t-shirt, afro. They advised that he was in the alley by the parking garage.
