It's a white male in his 20s, thin-build, wearing a blue medical mask, black hoodie and ripped jeans, is just banging on the windows, making threats to security and bodily harm. They were just requesting he be moved along now. No weapons involved, unknown HPD or high. Ross, Nora 5.
